Reading Texts
Read the short texts below, then answer the 10 questions in the quiz.
Text A: Emma’s Study Routine
Emma takes the bus to university every morning. Her classes begin at 9:30, so she usually leaves home at 8:45. On Tuesdays, she goes to the library after class to study with her friends. Many students prefer the library because it is quiet and helps them focus better.
Text B: Student Notice
Please note the following updates for students. The short preparation course costs $30 per student. All students must submit the required form by Friday. Visitors should report to the main office first when they arrive. This notice has been posted mainly to explain a recent schedule change.
Text C: Study Habits
Good study habits help students learn more effectively. Many learners find that group study can be helpful because they can discuss ideas and explain topics to one another. However, students still need quiet time to review on their own. Building better study habits often improves both speed and accuracy.
